Hangboards

Hangboard

Rock Prodigy Training Center

A variety of hold types to use all on one board - I use it to train pockets and pinches at home.

Hangboard

The Megalith

Everything you will ever need to train crimps for both 1 arm and 2 - The many crimp depths are fun to play with but use more space than I prefer.

Hangboard

The Monolith

The different size crimps makes gradual steps up in your training easy - ergonomic and functional, need I say more?

Hangboard

Hangboard 3.0

Just the basics and built for training crimps - This is my current trainer.

Mounting

Mounting

Doorway Mount

Turn any doorway into a training area! - this is how I train at the office and sometimes on vacation.

Mounting

Swap Plate

have too many hangboards to choose which to mount? Mount them all - only needed if you are using multiple boards.

Assistance

Assistance

Loop Resistance Bands

These loops are an easy way to take weight off your hangs with very little set up - I use bands for assisted hangs even though they aren't as precise.

Assistance

Trango Pulley Kit

Best way to take a specific amount of weight off your hangs is with a pulley kit - durable and designed for the purpose.

Assistance

CAMP Carabiner

This, built for climbing, carabiner will stand up to any weight you will be training with - you probably already have one or two that will work but if not this is a good choice.

Recovery

Recovery

Textured Foam Roller

The texture can hurt a little more but has been shown to be more effective - you have to use it for it to be effective though.

Recovery

Soft Foam Roller

It being softer means it will hurt less when you first start - you have to use it for it to be effective though.

Recovery

Hand Held Roller

Easier to roll your forearms with than the others - speed recovery and reduce soreness.

Skin Care

Skin Care

Friction Labs Loose Chalk

Includes Unicorn Dust, Gorilla Grip, and Bam Bam loose hand chalk - You might disagree but this is the best chalk brand and worth the $$.

Skin Care

Friction Labs Ball Chalk

The ultimate grip and hand protection for any activity - keeps the area a little cleaner and is still fantastic chalk.

Skin Care

Friction Labs Climb Skin

This balm is actually not as greasy as others and it the only one I never regret putting on - other climbers might say scam but that's because they haven't tried it!

Skin Care

Rhino Repair

I obviously like friction labs but I have heard great things about this company as well, though I have never used them.

⚠️ Train Smart, Hang Safe! Always test your setup for stability before training. If your hangboard or mount shifts during hangs, stop and adjust immediately. Proper setup is key to long-term gains and injury prevention.
